Did the merger put you over the million mile mark?
I stopped flying US Aur a few years ago just 100k shy of hitting million mile status due to all of their service issues. The merger definitely put me over but I have had to email them twice with no resolution in the picture. I sure wish I had taken screen shots of my balances prior to the changeover.
